Tienes que <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">descubrir <\/span><\/i><b>en tus entrenamientos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">qu\u00e9 cantidad de carbohidratos sientan bien a tu est\u00f3mago para estar siempre en un buen equilibrio y tener las mejores sensaciones posibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alssport.es\/?mot_q=gel%20cafeina\"><b>geles energ\u00e9ticos con cafe\u00edna<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">son un buen aliado para <\/span><b>correr una marat\u00f3n <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y nuestra recomendaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 la de consumirlos de mitad de carrera en adelante para contar con esa chispa extra que aporta la cafe\u00edna a nuestra musculatura y al sistema nervioso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_importancia_de_la_hidratacion\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La importancia de la hidrataci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que no se te olvide <\/span><b>nunca <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tomar <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alssport.es\/793-geles?mot_q=sales\"><b>sales minerales<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e incluirlas en tu <\/span><b>plan de nutrici\u00f3n para correr una marat\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Durante una carrera tan larga se pierde mucho l\u00edquido y la musculatura se deshidrata dando lugar a uno de los peores enemigos de cualquier runner: <\/span><b>los calambres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A\u00f1ade <\/span><b>pastillas de sales <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o <\/span><b>bidones con electrolitos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a tu carrera para evitar ese tipo de incomodidades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obviamente no queremos ir cerrando este blog sin recordarte que beber agua es <\/span><b>m\u00e1s que obligatorio <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para no tener que terminar caminando como Robocop hacia la meta porque has terminado con una importante deshidrataci\u00f3n. Hacer una buena <\/span><b>recarga de energ\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en forma de carbohidratos de buena calidad y cantidades \u00f3ptimas de prote\u00ednas en esas <\/span><b>semanas previas <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">har\u00e1 que la calidad y cantidad de energ\u00eda disponible en nuestra musculatura sea la mejor posible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por \u00faltimo y no menos importante: <\/span><b>date un premio <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comiendo <\/span><b>con cabeza <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">al acabar una carrera tan dura como la que acabas de completar. \u00a1Enhorabuena porque tienes una marat\u00f3n en el bolsillo!
