Rozaduras, presi\u00f3n en el pie, u\u00f1eros\u2026 son algunas de las complicaciones que surgen cuando no sabemos c\u00f3mo utilizar los <strong>cordones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es la mejor manera de atarse nuestras zapatillas? Depende de cada tipo de corredor.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, la clave es saber hacia d\u00f3nde se desv\u00eda el pie porque all\u00ed es donde se genera m\u00e1s presi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, es importante saber si tu <strong>pisada<\/strong> es pronadora, supinadora o neutra, entre otros factores.<\/p>\n<p>Puede que tengamos la talla y el calzado adecuado, pero a\u00fan as\u00ed el tal\u00f3n est\u00e9 suelto.
